Greenhouses

CENTROSOL structural glasses in particular, with their microstructured surface, achieve very high transmission of diffuse, optimally distributed light in greenhouses.

With the Nano-Power anti-reflective coating CENTROSOL HiT, diffuse transparency can be further increased and an additional no-drop effect achieved thanks to the hydrophilic properties, avoiding the formation of condensation droplets that can harm plants.

Greenhouses with CENTROFOL (variable, transparent thermal insulation)

All glasses can moreover be combined with ETFE film systems (CENTROFOL). This variable film cushion system can cut heating energy consumption by up to 50 % by increasing the thermal insulation.
